Payment

Currently, we accept all valid debit cards, credit cards, wallets, and Net banking. Cash on delivery is also available for most of the products with an additional fee of Rs.100.

Shipping & Returns

BazingaToyz ships within India only and uses reputable courier companies.

You will receive an email and/or text message with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

We deliver to most parts of India within 3-7 days. While we use reputable couriers and work around the clock to ensure your order reaches in time, BazingaToyz cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays or situations beyond our control.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping is free for most of the pre-paid orders above INR 2500 except for a few special items for which we charge  Rs 200/-. The shipping charge will be visible at checkout in real-time. You can select the courier as per your need.

For Cash on Delivery Orders, we charge Rs 100 for any order value. In case of the order value is higher than Rs.5000 we charge Rs.500

These COD charges are visible at the checkout.

 
Cancellations:

Orders placed cannot be cancelled or changed once it has been dispatched.
Please call on +91 9504500650 to cancel the order before dispatch.

Returns & Exchange :

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are accepted only if there is any quality issue which was not highlighted by US or Seller while selling the product, with the product or the item contents not as per the description printed on the original packaging.
NOTE: Colour or Cosmetics are subjective and that doesn’t get covered under return or replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@bazingatoyz.in. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The shipping cost for returns needs to be taken care of by the buyer in case the product is perfectly fine but the buyer has changed his or her mind about the product. The shipping cost of the return will be taken care of by us or the seller in case there is a quality issue with the product

Damaged Products:

In the event that a product reaches damaged, please email us at contact@bazingatoyz.in within 3 working days along with images of the damaged product and we will help you out.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or given payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
