What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
We offer free shipping on all orders above INR 2500. For orders below INR 2500, a flat rate shipping fee applies based on the weight or size of the product. By default, there is an additional charge of INR 150 for standard shipping on these orders.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept a variety of payment methods through Razorpay and Cashfree, and can also collect payments via UPI, Credit/Debit, Netbanking. if needed. Additionally, we offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option, which requires a prepaid confirmation amount of ₹200 before processing the order.

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours on working days. If placed on a holiday or Sunday, processing will begin the next working day. Delivery times vary by location and typically range from 1 to 4 days.
